Flowers and other herbs

We are not really a flower farm, but we are growing just about a little bit of every flower. We'll occasionally bring whatever flowers we have and can fit in the car to Southwest Harbor Market.

Cover Crops

As we open up more plot space, we intend to have a greater proportion of our fields in cover crops to protect the soil and improve nutrient accessibility. Right now, we stick to peas, oats, winter rye, buckwheat, and we will explore more cover crop diversity.
