In addition to basil, cilantro, dill, and parsley, we are working on growing our perennial herb collection. In 2024, we will be growing the following herbs and flowers in small quantities. We may have sunflowers available for wholesale buyers.

Cover Crops

We believe cover cropping is incredibly important for soil health and future crop yields. We'll be planting lots of white and crimson clover under our long season crops such as kale and chard, and will also use oats, field peas, and winter rye in year one as cover crops. In future years, we hope to also use cover crops such as buckwheat, vetch, and sudangrass to take care of the land that we steward.
